  2. Prepare Your Item: Safely repackage the recliner in its original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and the proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a reliable shipping service to send the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations
